Intensive Start-Up Support Programme
If you’re thinking of starting a business or have been trading for less than three years, this programme will give you the skills you need to succeed.
We have workshops covering all the areas involved with starting up and running a business, including finance, planning, employment law, management skills and ICT. You will receive personalised support for six months before starting and post start support from a professional business adviser.
The programme is open to anyone to has been trading for less than 36 months and wants help to start and run their business.

Business Planning
Do you need a business plan for a grant or loan application? Our advisors are experienced at producing Business Plans for all kinds of new and existing businesses.

Business Counselling
If you are an existing business wanting to grow we can offer you advice and specialist help in an integrated, cohesive manner, eliminating the duplication and time wasting that businesses previously experienced when seeking help.
Whilst some services are chargeable, others are heavily subsidised or free of charge. We will let you know of any charges when you contact us.
