Six month programme
This package provides you with an experienced personal business mentor who will work with you to give you a sounding board, share their knowledge and challenge you to achieve your objectives.
We will ask you to complete an application form to tell us about you and your business; provide you with a telephone assessment with our mentoring co-ordinator who will talk to you about what is involved, your business, your expectations and what you would like to achieve.
We will match you with one of our experience business mentors based on our discussion with you and knowledge of our mentors’ background, experience, skill and location. Once matched and introduced, it will be for you and your mentor to decide when and where you meet and how to best use your 3, 2 hour face to face sessions and 3, 1 hour e-mentoring sessions with your mentor over a 6 month period.
* Costs are payable in advance. Cost cover travelling expenses within Cumbria. Travel outside of Cumbria will incur additional costs to cover travel expenses at 45p per mile. If you want to continue the mentoring relationship beyond 6 months or have additional sessions, contact us and we will agree any additional costs.
