Six month programme
This package provides you with a professional mentor, experienced in working with business leaders and senior managers, to challenge and inspire you to drive your business forward.
We will ask you to complete an application form to tell us about you and your business; provide you with a face to face assessment with our mentoring co-ordinator who will talk to you about what is involved, your business, your expectations and what you would like to achieve.
We will match you with one of our professional mentors, experienced in Executive mentoring and coaching. Once matched and introduced, it will be for you and your mentor to decide when and where you meet and how to best use your 6, 2 hour mentor sessions and 3 optional telephone/e-mentoring sessions of up to 1 hour over the next 6 months.
* Costs are payable on monthly direct debit. Cost cover travelling expenses within Cumbria. Travel outside of Cumbria will incur additional costs to cover travel expenses at 45 pence per mile. If you want to continue the mentoring relationship beyond 6 months or have more sessions, contact us and we will agree any additional costs.
