How Does the Cumbria Business Mentoring Scheme work?

If you would like to work with someone experienced in business who will inspire you to spend time working on your business not just in it, who you can bounce your ideas off, who will ask you challenging questions, who will help you to make decisions about your business and then work with you to make them happen, you need a mentor.

We offer 3 packages tailored to meet your needs:

For some sectors and size of business we have been able to find funding to provide free or heavily subsidised mentoring – we will always tell you if we can help you fund our services.

Step 1:
Contact us for more information on enquiries@crea.co.uk or ring 01768 891555

Step 2:
We will contact you to discuss your business objectives and the support you might need so we can match you with the most appropriate Business Mentor.

Step 3:
You and your Mentor will agree what you want to achieve, when and where you will meet, how you will work together. It is your business and you remain in control of the relationship.
