The Incubation Centre at Redhills provides a suite of 12 fully furnished and equipped offices, with 24hr access, easy-in, easy-out terms, ready for immediate occupation. The Incubation Centre also acts as a hub for those businesses not located at Redhills.
With these offices you get:
• A centre based Incubator Manager, who is a very experienced Business Advisor
• A manned reception (during normal office hours)
• A formal business address
• Two telephones and dedicated telephone number
• Broadband Internet access
• Office furniture including filing cabinet and/or cupboard
• Computer and printer
• Kitchen facilities and common meeting area
• Free parking for up to 2 cars per unit
The all inclusive license fee for the units are from £345 plus VAT per month (Nov 06). Alternatively you can have the use of one of these offices on a regular or occasional basis for a daily rate.
These charges cover everything except telephone calls, the insurance of your own equipment and liabilities and any additional pay-as-you-use administrative services including computer and printing consumables. The centre will insure the building and arrange cleaning of the commercial areas excepting you own office.
