The Centre at Redhills provides a suite of 12 fully furnished and equipped offices, with 24hr access, easy-in, easy-out terms and ready for immediate occupation.
With these offices you get:
• A manned reception (during normal office hours)
• A formal business address
• Two telephones and dedicated telephone number
• Broadband Internet access
• Office furniture including filing cabinet and cupboard
• Computer and printer
• Kitchen facilities and common meeting area
• Free parking for up to 2 cars per unit
The all inclusive license fee for the units is from £345 plus VAT per month.
This charge covers everything except telephone calls, the insurance of your own equipment and liabilities and any additional pay-as-you-use administrative services including computer and printing consumables. The centre will insure the building and arrange cleaning of the common areas. You are responsible for the cleaning of your own office.
